All the arteries on the right side of journalist Asaduzzaman Tuhin's neck were severed by the sharp weapons of the miscreants. The left side of his chest was shattered by the machete. Another blow entered his back, severed his lung, pierced his ribs, and exited through his chest. The brutality of Tuhin's murder has been revealed in the autopsy report conducted at the morgue.

Assistant Professor of the Forensic Department of Gazipur Shaheed Tajuddin Ahmed Medical College Dr. ANM Al Mamun told that journalist Tuhin has 9 serious deep injury marks on his throat, neck, chest, back and hands. No injury is smaller than the other. All injuries are equally serious. All injuries are deep.

Any one of these injuries is enough to kill a person, said Professor Dr. Mazharul Haque, head of the forensic department of the medical college. He said that out of the 9 injuries, the deepest was on the left side of the chest. The bones of the left hand were shattered into pieces. The autopsy report has already been handed over to the Gazipur Metropolitan Police, the head of the department also said.

Gazipur Metropolitan Police Commissioner Dr. Md. Nazmul Karim Khan said that a chargesheet will be filed against the accused within 15 days of receiving the autopsy report of Tuhin's body.

At a press conference held on Saturday afternoon regarding the murder of journalist Tuhin, the commissioner said, "The journalist gave his life while capturing the crime of an organized gang. We have CCTV footage of the incident, eyewitnesses. We have all the information and evidence. Subject to receiving the autopsy report of Tuhin's body, we will be able to submit a chargesheet to the court within the next 15 days. We hope that it will be possible to ensure the maximum punishment for them in the shortest possible time. If a culture of punishment can be ensured, crime can be suppressed."

Additional Deputy Commissioner (Crime-North) of the Metropolitan Police Md. Rabiul Islam said, "We have received the autopsy report."

Meanwhile, seven accused directly involved in the murder were taken on a two-day remand on Saturday night. Additional Deputy Commissioner of Metropolitan Police Md. Rabiul Islam said that their remand began on Sunday. They will be produced in court after the two-day remand ends on Monday.

Earlier, last Saturday, when each of them applied to the court for a 10-day remand, the judge granted a two-day remand.
