NRBC Bank has successfully completed its ten-day Foundation Training Course. On Thursday, September 4, 2025, the closing ceremony of the training program was held at the Bank’s Training Institute, where Dr. Md. Touhidul Alam Khan, Managing Director & CEO of NRBC Bank, attended as the Chief Guest and distributed certificates among the participants.

Deputy Managing Director & Chief Financial Officer Mr. Harunur Rashid, Head of Human Resources Mr. Hafiz Imroz Mahmud and Training Institute Coordinator Mr. Md. Abdullah-Al-Wadud were also present on the occasion.

In his speech, the Managing Director & CEO Dr. Md. Touhidul Alam Khan emphasized that there is no alternative to training for developing skilled human resources. He highlighted the importance of structured training programs to achieve service excellence, ensure compliance with regulations, and enhance operational stability.

A total of 42 officials from various branches, sub-branches and division from head office
participated in the training. On the closing day, the top three trainees received special
recognition. The ten-day course covered essential areas including general banking operations, compliance, customer service, credit management, anti-money laundering, risk management, and digital banking systems, among other important topics.
