An important business conference was held to evaluate the performance of the branches under the Rangpur Division of Palli Sanchay Bank for the 2024-25 fiscal year, adopt a business action plan for the 2025-26 fiscal year, and give incentive awards to field level officers and employees based on the performance evaluation for the 2023-24 fiscal year.

The day-long event was held at Ryan's Hotel and Restaurant, Rangpur on Saturday (September 20).

Nur Alam Talukder, Director of Palli Sanchay Bank and Managing Director of Bangladesh Chhatra Kalyan Trust, was present as the chief guest. General Manager Ala Uddin was present as the special guest. Board Secretary Muhammad Ali was present as the guest.

The program was attended by the Monitoring Officer of the concerned department, Kazi Imrul Kayes, the responsible officers of the district (regional) office, all branch managers of Rangpur division, and the field-level officers/employees who received awards based on the performance evaluation of the 2023-24 fiscal year.

At the event, Bank Director Nur Alam Talukder reviewed the overall status and information of the bank in Rangpur district, listened to the opinions of the participants, and gave a directional speech.

General Manager Ala Uddin participated in the review and provided valuable guidance. At the end of the discussion, Director Nur Alam Talukder distributed awards among the best performers of the department.
