Iran has launched nearly 100 missiles at Israel. Tehran has launched a second round of missile attacks on Israel. At least seven people have been killed so far. Sirens have sounded throughout Israel in the attack on Saturday (June 14, 2025) night. Iran has targeted several cities including Haifa and Tel Aviv. Al Jazeera reports.
Iran launched simultaneous missile strikes on several Israeli cities after Israeli forces bombed civilian and energy infrastructure across Iran. The Israeli military said it targeted sites linked to the Iranian government's nuclear weapons program.
Meanwhile, Iranian media reported that at least 80 people have been killed and 800 injured in Israeli attacks in the past two days. Among the dead are 20 children.
Iranian state TV says 100 missiles have been fired at Israel in the second phase of Operation True Promise 3.
Israeli media reported that explosions were heard in the Haifa and Kiryat Ata areas. It is not yet clear whether the missiles hit the ground or were intercepted.
Meanwhile, the Israeli Defense Forces said that their air force is also currently striking military targets in Tehran. At the same time, efforts are underway to intercept missiles launched from Iran.
Israel's fire service says it has seen several buildings damaged and fires in the country's coastal and northern regions.
Iranian state television said the attack was carried out with drones and missiles, with Haifa and Tel Aviv as the main targets.
