This opinion of the people has emerged in a survey conducted by Prothom Alo . The survey was conducted by private research firm Keymakers Consulting Limited. The title of the survey is 'National Public Opinion Survey on Important Socio-Political Issues 2025'.
The survey asked, "Among the leaders of Bangladesh, who do you think is most likely to become the prime minister after the next parliamentary election?" In response to this question, 47.5 percent of people voted for BNP acting chairman Tarique Rahman.
