The Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) went to Bangabhaban to meet President Md. Shahabuddin to inform him about the preparations for the national elections and referendum.

The commission's convoy left the Election Commission Building for Bangabhaban at around 11:40 am on Wednesday (December 10). The entire commission, led by Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) AMM Nasir Uddin, is in the convoy.

After the political changes of August 5, the Nasir Commission is going to organize a big election within a year of being appointed without any experience, the details of which will be presented to the President. After that, the CEC can announce the schedule in a national address. In this case, the election can be held by February 12.
