Foreign Affairs Advisor Towhid Hossain said that it has become a tradition for foreign diplomats to frequently comment on Bangladesh's internal issues.
He said that a large section of society is also responsible for foreign diplomats commenting on internal issues. They also want diplomats to comment on internal issues. As a result, foreign diplomats cannot always be blamed.
He made these remarks at the closing ceremony of a training program organized by the Management and Resources Development Initiative (MRDI) and the Diplomatic Correspondents Association, Bangladesh (DCAB) at a hotel in the capital on Sunday (February 1) morning.
