Amidst air pollution, the Jamuna also witnessed pollution in Delhi. On Friday, it was seen that the water of Jamuna was covered with white foam. Environmentalists believe that this foam is being created due to the mixing of chemicals in the water of various factories. Last year too, such foam was seen floating in the water of Jamuna. The Delhi Jal Board took swift action to remove the foam.
On Friday morning, the capital Delhi was covered in thick smog. Air quality has also gone down. Amidst this pollution, toxic foam was seen in the water of Jamuna river. On Friday morning in Delhi's Kalindi Kunj area, toxic foam was seen floating in the water of the Jamuna.
