Chief Adviser Professor Dr. Muhammad Yunus has sought the assistance of the military, police and other law enforcement agencies. He said the national elections to be held in the first half of February must be held peacefully and festively.
He said this at the certificate distribution ceremony of the Military Command and Staff College (DSCSC) Course 2025 at the DSCSC Complex in Mirpur Cantonment on Wednesday.
The chief advisor said, "It's election time. We are ready, the election date has been announced for the first half of February. We need the support of the military, police and law enforcement agencies."
He further said, "This is a big effort. The journey from the coup to the elections. It will be peaceful, festive, a time of joy and reconciliation. People will be able to express their hopes and aspirations."
