The results of SSC and equivalent examinations have been published. This year, the pass rate of all boards is 68.45 percent. A total of 1,39,032 people got GPA-5.
Last year, the pass rate was 83.03 percent. And 182,129 people got a GPA of five.
On Thursday afternoon, the Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Boards of Dhaka, Rajshahi, Comilla, Jessore, Chittagong, Barisal, Sylhet, Dinajpur, Mymensingh, Bangladesh Madrasa Education Board and Bangladesh Technical Education Board simultaneously published the results.
This time too, no formalities were held around the publication of the results. However, Professor Dr. Khandokar Ehsanul Kabir, Chairman of the Bangladesh Inter-Education Board Coordination Committee and Dhaka Board, spoke about the overall issue at a meeting held at the meeting room of the Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board, Dhaka.
Candidates can collect their results through the websites of the education boards and the websites of the concerned boards. Apart from this, the results can also be obtained through SMS on the designated short code 16222. The results will not be available in the Ministry of Education or newspapers.
The Inter-Education Board has also announced the time for re-examination of the results after the publication of the results. Applications will be accepted from July 11 to 17. The application process can be found on the websites of the education boards and through the notices issued by Teletalk Bangladesh.
The SSC and equivalent examinations for 2025 began on April 10. The total number of candidates for this year's SSC and equivalent examinations, including regular and irregular, was 19 lakh 28 thousand 970.
