Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) AMM Nasir Uddin said, "We don't want to do anything in the dark of night, all activities will be done in broad daylight. We want to deliver a fair election by ensuring transparency and accountability."

He made this statement while talking to reporters ahead of a view-exchange meeting organized at the office of the Regional Election Officer in Khulna on Saturday (July 26) morning.

The CEC said, "Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a major challenge in the 13th National Parliament Election. This modern threat is more dangerous than weapons. We are vigilant to prevent any technology-based interference to influence the election."

He said that operations will continue to suppress terrorism and recover illegal weapons before the elections.

Additional regional election officers of Khulna division, senior district and upazila election officers were present at the meeting. Chief Election Commissioner AMM Nasir Uddin participated in the meeting as the chief guest.
