At least 102 more Palestinians have been killed in Israel's ongoing offensive in the Gaza Strip, according to reports. Due to this, the total number of dead has increased to 43 thousand 163 people since October last year, the Ministry of Health of the blockaded territory said on Wednesday.

The ministry said in a statement that at least 1 lakh 1 thousand 510 people were also injured in this relentless attack.

The ministry said 102 people were killed and another 287 wounded in the last 24 hours due to continued aggression by Israeli forces. Many people are still trapped under the rubble and on the streets as rescuers are unable to reach them.
