At least 430 people have been killed in Iran since the conflict with Israel began in the early hours of Friday (June 13). 3,500 people have been injured.
The local Noor news agency published an update on the casualties on Saturday, citing Iran's health ministry. BBC News.
This is the first time Iran has released official data on the death toll in the past few days.
Meanwhile, Israeli authorities said that 24 civilians have been killed in Iranian missile attacks in the country since the conflict began on June 13.
Last Sunday, Iran's Health Ministry announced that a total of 224 people had been killed in the country in Israeli attacks.
The Human Rights Activist News Agency, a media outlet of a US-based rights organization, said the death toll was 657.
