Saima Wazed (Puppet) is the Regional Director of the World Health Organization (WHO). The government has written to the World Health Organization to directly contact the Bangladesh government instead of working with the organization. The letter mentions that there is a case against Saima Wazed on financial and criminal charges.

Saima Wazed is the daughter of ousted Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. On November 1 last year, he was elected as the Director of the WHO Southeast Asia Region. He has been performing this duty since February 1. He was elected to this position for five years.
After the fall of the Awami League government on August 5 in the face of student-Janata movement, many cases have been filed against Sheikh Hasina and her family and party leaders. The number of cases against Sheikh Hasina has exceeded 200. In some of these cases, Sheikh Hasina's son Sajib Wazed Joy and daughter Saima Wazed have been made accused.
