NRBC Bank has organized a special program titled 'Youth Festival' at Jagannath University with the aim of supporting higher education at home and abroad, creating entrepreneurship, career guidelines, and creating awareness about banking services.
The week-long program, which began on Sunday (October 12), will continue until next Thursday.
NRBC Bank has set up a stall at Jagannath University to encourage students to pursue higher education and assist them in availing banking services.
The stall was inaugurated on Sunday by the bank's Deputy Managing Director (DMD) and CFO Harunur Rashid, Head of Retail Banking and Financial Inclusion Department Kazi Md. Safayet Kabir, Manager of Nayabazar Branch Asif Ahmed, and Associate Professor of the University's Marketing Department Md. Mahathi Hasan Jewel.
NRBC Bank's special product 'Newgen' is designed to provide all types of banking services to students. Students can open an account at the stall free of cost. Students can use multi-currency debit cards against this account without any annual charges.
In addition, students are being provided with necessary information to support their higher education abroad. Career guidelines are being provided after completing their education and awareness is being raised on how to become entrepreneurs.
Students can receive necessary financial services and advice at the stall every day from 10 am to 5 pm.
