The 'Managers' Conference-2025' of the branches under the Sylhet division of Palli Sanchay Bank has been held.

The conference was organized in Sylhet on Saturday to evaluate the performance of the 2024-25 fiscal year and formulate a business plan for the 2025-26 fiscal year.

Nur Alam Talukder, Honorary Director of the Board of Directors of the bank and Managing Director of Bangladesh Chhatra Kalyan Trust, was present as the chief guest. Managing Director of the bank Salma Banu and General Manager Md. Alauddin were present as special guests.

The program was attended by ASM Nahid Alim, Monitoring Officer of the Sylhet Division of the Branch Supervision and Inspection Department, Muhammad Ali, Board Secretary, Sanjay Kumar Dutta, Officer-in-Charge of the District (Regional) Office, all branch managers of the Sylhet Division, and award-winning officers and employees selected on the basis of performance evaluation in the 2023-24 fiscal year.

In addition to reviewing the activities of the branches, exchanging views and determining the tasks to be done, the guests gave directional speeches to the participants. They expressed the hope that direct exchange of views between the management and the field level officers would play an effective role in implementing future work plans.
